My Master's Thesis at the New York Academy of Art was an investigation of the female form, often presented within psychological landscapes and interiors. These scenes represent the journey of transcendence, self discovery and spiritual awakening. The images are layered with the uncanny, and grotesque, complicating the historical representation on the female nude within the tradition European art cannon.
